OK, so as much as we try to stay on top of technology, even I balked at creating a Facebook page for the practice... I mean, come one...

But when we talked about it further, it started to make more and more sense. We're a technology-forward practice, right? We enjoy some pretty advanced communications with our patients. Email appointment reminders, online newseltters, same-day text message appointment ticklers... and that's just the tip of the Glassman communication iceberg... So, why not get out on the web, in a networking kind of way, connect to our patients, hear what's going on in their lives and offer a forum for them to share their experiences with others?
